The University of Sheffield myVacancies service

myVacancies is provided by the Careers Service to help you find work both during and after your time at the University. To be effective in your search for work, you should also see the Careers Service website for information and advice about career planning, applications and interviews.

Current students

Access the system via the Careers tab on MUSE. No need to register. At the start of a new academic year, please allow a few days for your automatic access via MUSE to myVacancies to be activated. If you are unable to gain access please email careers@sheffield.ac.uk.

Graduates

Register and login using your university registration number, a password of your choice and a private email address - NOT your University one as this will no longer be valid. You will be required to re-register in September each year. If you have registered to use My Prospects at prospects.ac.uk you can login using those registration details.
